Season 1 Episode 1: The Return of Negaduck and Gygas' Groups
Synopsis: After rescuing Megara, Hubie, and Marina from a group of punks, the Justice Ducks and their allies agree to be her bodyguards after she is tasked by J. Jonah Jamieson to do a story involving the mysterious thefts of the chemicals. Soon, the heroes learn that the thefts were caused by none other than a vengeful Negaduck and Gygas' groups and their henchmen, and that the punks are now working for them. But they will soon find a hint that someone behind the curtain is calling the villainous shots.
Season 1 Episode 2: Back to Gym School
Synopsis: Upon meeting Hercules for the first time at a local gym school she did a story on, Megara develops a crush on him upon learning that he, like her, never dated anyone before. As they spend time together at the same gym, the two begins to fall in love. And then that love is put to the test when Hercules teams up with the Justice Ducks and their allies to save Megara from Negaduck and Gygas' groups, their henchmen, and the now mutated punks.
Season 1 Episode 3: Welcome to the Urban Jungle
Synopsis: After Rosie Gardner disappeared swearing revenge against her colleagues who killed her experimental human food and drink-consuming plant, Duckburg and St. Canard are soon consumed by floral life for a mysterious reason, turning them into literal urban jungles. Then to make matters worse, Bushroot meets a mysterious beautiful plant creature and is asked by her to create Healing Flowers, unaware that she's using him to make poisonous Doku Flowers. Soon, the heroes learn that she's a new villainess named Blackthorn and must find a way to save Bushroot and the cities from her overgrowth and poison scheme.
Season 1 Episode 4: Lord of the Prize
Synopsis: The Justice Ducks and their allies partake in an Olympic tournament with Hercules as their coach against Negaduck and Gygas' groups and their henchmen and headman, Uka-Uka. And the grand prize; A computer that reads discs, which, unknown to the heroes, the villains want to get for Uka-Uka's new body in order to build it.
Season 1 Episode 5: Campy Feeling
Synopsis: During a camping trip run by the news crew, the Justice Ducks and their allies learn of the mysterious disappearances of the camp counselors and that they're connected to a mysterious theft of the Wumpa fruits. Soon, they learn that it's Negaduck and Gygas' groups' doing, planning on mutating the camp counselors by threat if the camp doesn't surrender a Mutagen casing. And in order to rescue the camp counselers, the Justice Ducks and their allies, including Fat Tony's gang and Michael D'Amico's group, kidnap Tiny Tiger and Dingodile and convince them to help them instead of Negaduck and Gygas' groups to assist in the rescue, helping the two realize that they were being used by the villains like how Fat Tony's gang originally were.
Season 1 Episode 6: Night of the Living Pumpkin
Synopsis: Based on the "Darkwing Duck" episode "Night of the Living Spud," but with twists. Blackthorn, deciding to gain revenge on the Justice Ducks and their allies, mostly Bushroot, creates a boyfriend in the form of a pumpkin creature with Jack O'Lantern's help.
Season 1 Episode 7: Raiders of the Lost Goose
Synopsis: Learning of a powerful artifact that grants the bearer their heart's desires called the Golden Goose located in the Ruins of El Canardo, the Justice Ducks and their allies are tasked to go retrieve it and put it in the Duckburg/St. Canard History Museum. But when the villains catch wind of it, it becomes a race against time to save El Canardo and the world from an impending golden destruction. During all of this at one point, Tiny, Dingodile, Fat Tony's gang, the Fearsome Four, and Team Chaotix encounter Uka-Uka for the first time while escaping captivity by the villains.
Season 1 Episode 8: Boom, Boom, Out Goes the Spark
Synopsis: After a blackout strikes Duckburg and St. Canard, the Justice Ducks and their allies, while they were going to the movies with Ash and Kaya Ketchum, Serena, Jessie, James, Meowth, Pikachu, Eevee, and Lillipup, learn that someone has caused it for some mysterious reason. Soon, they and even Ash's group learn why when Pikachu is abducted by the mysterious villain, Dunce Spark.
Season 1 Episode 9: Something's Fishy
Synopsis: After Neptunia is framed for the recurring fish thefts from pet stores, the Justice Ducks and their allies, believing she's innocent, decide to clear her name by finding the real culprit. They soon find him in the form of a corrupt fish company manager, Michael Fisher, and clear Neptunia's name. But when an accident leads to Michael's supposed demise, a new handsome fish man villain named Liverpool is born, and it's up to the heroes, mostly Liquidator, to save all the fish, including the Gold Koi Fish named Goldilocks, from captivity and mutation by Liverpool and even Negaduck and Gygas' groups.
Season 1 Episode 10: Gumshoes in Toyland
Synopsis: Based on the "Darkwing Duck" episode "Whiffle While You Work," but with twists. After Gosalyn Mallard wins a Whiffle Boy contest from a cereal box, she, the Justice Ducks, and their allies go to the Video Game Industry in Tokyo to have a grand tour of how video games are created. But during this, they soon become involved with a corrupt toymaking rival of Quackerjack's named Puppetmon who wants to unplug the video game industry for putting his unpopular toy company, separate from the ex-defunct rival company, Quackerjack Toys, out of business long ago. So now it's a battle of wits between the heroes and Puppetmon involving both toys and video games.
Season 1 Episode 11: The Treasure of One-Eyed Gander
Synopsis: Discovering a treasure map leading to the Treasure of One-Eyed Gander in the Simpsons' basement, the Justice Ducks, their allies, and even Bart, Lisa, and Maggie Simpson, Milhouse Van Houten, and Nelson Muntz, Martin Prince, and Ralph Wiggum embark on a treasure hunt to find it in the underground caverns beneath Duckburg and St. Canard. But then they must race to get it first before the villains beat them to it.
Season 1 Episode 12: Boogey Nights
Synopsis: When the children of Duckburg and St. Canard begin disappearing at night, the Justice Ducks and their allies soon learn that a boogeyman named Pitch Black is kidnapping them to make them his NightMare-making slaves in order to block out the sun with a slow-approaching permanent eclipse and create nightmare monsters.
Season 1 Episode 13: Swiss Family Justice Ducks
Synopsis: While on a fishing trip, the Justice Ducks and their allies soon get shipwrecked on a tropical island run by a Xerneas due to the villains attacking them. But soon after the villains become marooned as well, they and the heroes decide to temporally bury the hatchet and work together to get Xerneas' help to escape. During this, the heroes meet and befriend Crash Bandicoot's group and learn of and finally encounter Uka-Uka for the first time.
Season 1 Episode 14: Life's Fair
Synopsis: While at the Duckburg/St. Canard County Fair, the Justice Ducks and their allies soon learn the importance of easing down their uptight sides and have fun when there's no evil activities. (No villains appear in this episode)
Season 1 Episode 15: Team Justice Ducks Assemble Part 1
Synopsis: Based on the two-part "Darkwing Duck" episode "Just Us, Justice Ducks," but with twists. When the Justice Ducks and their allies learn that Negaduck and Gygas' groups have succeeded in creating Uka-Uka a body and they have formed a new team name calling themselves Team NegaOnett, they jump into action to try and stop them, as well as Pitch, Puppetmon, Dunce Spark, Blackthorn, and Liverpool, from taking over Duckburg and St. Canard. But despite Ash's group and Bart, Lisa, and Maggie Simpson, Milhouse Van Houten, Nelson Muntz, Martin Prince, Ralph Wiggum, and even Homer and Marge Simpson's insistence that they let Bart's group help out and join their team and call themselves Team Justice Ducks, the Justice Ducks and their allies refuse because Bart and Ash's groups, despite being helpful at times, are just kids who are too young and "Inexperienced" to become crime-solving crimefighters.
Season 1 Episode 16: Team Justice Ducks Assemble Part 2
Synopsis: Based on the two-part "Darkwing Duck" episode "Just Us, Justice Ducks," but with twists. After failing to stop the takeover and almost being left to drown because of Team NegaOnett capturing them in the end of the first part, Darkwing's group, upon being rescued by Bart and Ash's groups, soon realizes that Ash and Bart's groups have a secret superhero compartment thanks to Homer and Marge under the blessing of Prince Phillip and Princess Aurora since the Battle for the New Year last year, and finally agree to do what they should've agreed to do before; Recruit them into their team. And when Marina, Megara, Michael D'Amico, Calves, Louie Walters Jr., Regina Tightlips, and the Justice Ducks, except Kiki, Jiji, and Ventus, who were unaware of Darkwing's group's rescue, are captured by Team NegaOnett, the rest of the heroes, now officially called Team Justice Ducks, leap into action to save them and their home cities from doom.
